• The buyer (client) can request a Gem Audit at the time of purchase or before order fulfilment
• Once requested, the order will be placed on hold until the audit process is completed

Upon receiving an audit request:

• The vendor must physically deliver the gemstone to the designated Gemsouq office
• The product must match the listing details (weight, dimensions, origin, treatment, certification, etc.)
• The item should be securely handed over for inspection

The Gemsouq team will:

• Conduct a detailed physical inspection of the gemstone
• Verify:

1. Weight and size
2. Color and clarity
3. Cut and shape
4. Origin and treatment (if declared)
5. Certification (if provided)

• Cross-check all details with the product listing

• The inspection results will be documented and shared with the buyer
• Any discrepancies will be clearly communicated
• The buyer may choose to proceed or cancel the order based on the audit outcome

Once the audit is successfully completed:

• The gemstone will be packed in an official Gemsouq Branded Box
• Packaging will ensure safety, authenticity, and presentation quality

After packaging, the item will be returned to the vendor for shipment

The vendor will then dispatch the order using the shipping method selected by the buyer

Audit requests may add additional processing time to the order

Vendors must comply promptly to avoid delays or order cancellation
